Bling it on with CWC!

Hey Everyone,

This week's challenge over at Cooking with Cricut is to make "blingafied" project! Do you like my new word?

I decided to make a belated birthday card, because I often am late at sending out birthday cards!

I used the Cricut Cartridge Kate's ABC's! It is a really great cartridge for almost very occasion. I also used ping rhinestones from Michael's, DCWV paper, pink grosgrain ribbon and My pink Stamper stamps!

100 Follower Giveaway!

Can you believe it? My first blogaversary was April 23rd. In the past year I have grown as a crafter, met some really nice people, was welcomed onto the Cooking With Cricut Design Team, and today I got my 100th follower!  That is Crazy! I am so lucky to have found this great crafting/blogging community! Thank you so much for your nice comments, I smile every time I read one!

CWC Home Decor Blog Hop!!

Welcome to Paper Crafting World and Cooking With Cricut’s  Home Décor Blog Hop! 

 Our Design Teams are so excited to bring you a two-day hop that focuses on projects for your home – that’s right no cards or scrapbook layouts in this hop!  You should have arrived here from visiting Evelyn at My Little Craft Blog.  If you’ve joined us in mid-Hop and would like to check out all the other fantastic projects head on over Melinda’s PaperCrafting World and start at the beginning.

I am very much so a card maker, so this was a challenge for me! However, by searching through pinterest I just my inspiration! I decided that I would make coasters!

  

I used the Paper lace cartridge for this one!

 But I also made a simpler one with just pattern paper! 

  It is soooooo simple! They are the perfect little gift! I have had so much making them and have already made 36! I packaged them is sets of four to give as gifts to teachers, neighbors, friends, and family members!

 All you need is

a 4 inch by 4 inch tile from Home Depot- they are 16 cents, but make sure you check them for chips!

And a protective sealer- comes in a spray paint can and is around 3 dollars.

Cooking With Cricut Challenge #81

Hey Everyone,

 

This week's challenge over at Cooking with Cricut is to make Girl and Teen Girl Themed Thinnking of You Card, tag, etc.!

 

As a design team we are sending our cards to two spesific young ladies fighting cancer and I think it would be great if you did too!

Our first recepian is Patty (13). My fellow DT sister Kemma sends cards every week to her friend's daughter, Patty who is fighting a rare form of cancer. This week however, we are all sending her cards!

I mass produced this card and will be sending it to both Patty and Emily! I used the George and Basic Shapes Cartridge, a awesome corner punch, and a My Pink Stamper Stamp Set!  I really had fun making these, and hope they bring smiles to the girl's faces!

Cooking With Cricut Challenge# 80: Easter

Hey Everyone,

For these cute and simple treat bags I used the Simply Charmed Cricut Cartridge (my new favorite) along with My Pink Stamper's That's Punnylicious Stamp Set!

I really had fun making these, but they only took like 5 minutes!
